Yes, you can camp under your wing - but do not cook on the airport with any type of open flame. Only tent camping is allowed on airport property, no RVs or vehicles allowed.

Yes, you can bring your friends and travel with other aircraft – but if you don’t arrive together we may not be able to get you parked together. We will do our best to accommodate you but we often run out of parking.
Arrangements:
We have parking with both wind and tail tie down cables for around 200 aircrafts Contact the Grounds at the published event frequency and they will direct you to the proper parking.

Drinks
No alcoholic beverages are permitted at the Valdez Fly-In. There are beverage and food vendors present at the event.

Yes, you can walk and look at the amazing aircraft on display – but DO NOT cross onto the active taxiway at any time. Please do not touch the aircraft. Please watch your children. We can’t have bikes, rollerblades or skateboards on the ramp or apron for both the safety of attendees and risk of damage to aircraft.

If you brin a fury friend they must remain leashed at all times and cleaned up after promptly. The Fly-In draws thousands of sectators and we strongly suggest that you leave your pet at home if possible.

Weather
PLEASE EXPECT DAMP AND WET WEATHER, DRESS APPROPRIATELY. Umbrellas are allowed and encouraged. There is no covered seating, please bring your own chairs.
Reception:
While cell reception is great at the Valdez airport, Wi-Fi is not accessible. Please do not bring devices hat run solely on Wi-Fi.
Restrooms
There are public bathrooms in the terminals and port-a-poties stationed outside.
